We’d like you to be as specific as possible with the location. If you only experience pain or discomfort on the front of your body, put the dots on that outline. If only on the back, put your dots on that outline. If both, use both outlines.

Each location you click will leave a small dot. If your pain is widespread, please spread dots across the area to show exactly where the pain is. If your pain is localized, please use dots just in that small area. Do not put any dots on top of each other.
